The Under Our Wing Literacy Program has teamed up with eight sponsors to make a difference in the community. Avian Kingdom is launching their fourth children’s book in both Spanish and English on April 10th at the Natural Bridge Caverns. Over 2,400 copies of the bat-themed book, titled Neither Night nor Day, will be given away to children at local Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Galindo Elementary.
Avian Kingdom?s goals to promote literacy, family values, and environmental stewardship resonated with companies like environmental protectors, PollutionTech; the auto experts at Firestone; and Houston?s go-to diamond ring jeweler, Shaftel Diamond Co.; Mega TV, America?s largest Hispanic media company that lands in over 5 million living rooms, also showed their support.
Even more book gifts were made possible by the perfect party atmosphere creators, The Avalon Music; the security professionals holdin? down the Lone Star State, Location Pros; and Green Rising Marketing, an agency that helps evolving brands find their voice—or echolocation in batspeak. Loyal volunteer partner, c.HAIR.i.TEE., rounds out the group of sponsors.
